MayahuEl: I am a single woman in my 40's and in the midst of rediscovering myself on every level. I consider myself a life-long learner with a wealth of experiences, tragedies, memories, fantasies, loves lived (and lost), travels, hopes, dreams, trials, disappointments and lessons learned. I have declared this year, 2011 to be the year of "ME" and in doing so, I have emerged from the chrysalis I so carefully constructed over the past 25 years. The walls and barriers are down and I am beginning the next stage of my life with optimism, excitement, grace, and a greater sense of self--NO REGRETS!!! This blog is an attempt to chronicle my life thus far, as well as log my current whims and journal my future endeavors. Writing for me is a passion as well as a way to release stress and document the journey of my soul...
